and implements olive orchard cultural practices. Our clients regularly meet and
exceed olive production yield goals, and produce the highest quality olives to
produce spectacular, award-winning extra virgin olive oil.

Advisor is owned by Maria Milagros Castro who has over
16 years of hands-on experience as an Agronomist specializing in olives. In
addition to providing orchard management cultural services, she is a member of
the California Olive Oil Council Taste Panel which provides sensory awareness
seal certification of extra virgin olive oil, owner of a Pest Control Business
that always uses organic pesticides, is active in collaborative research on
California olive tree identification, and participates in symposiums on pests
and diseases in olives as well as the health benefits of olive oil.

United States Olive Oil Industry - By staying active as a cultivator,
researcher, speaker, and olive oil taster, Milagros supports the rapidly-growing
United States olive oil industry, about 90 percent of which is produced in
California.
